Diagnosis:

  • Analysis of food intake using a daily food record that will be submitted every night, reviewed and corrected in order to plan the intake for the next day
  • Latest blood work results will be requested including fasting glucose, blood pressure, lipid panel. If necessary, liver enzymes, kidney markers and hormone levels may be also requested (Blood work must be ordered by your physician. We do not conduct these lab tests and they are not covered by our fees).
  • Analysis of physical activity using a daily training log that must be submitted every night, reviewed and corrected in order to plan the workout for the next day.
  • Anthropometric measures: BMI, waist circumference, body fat %, weight, height, arm circumference, etc.
  • Food-drug interactions according to current medication protocol.
  • Nutritional supplementation analysis.

 Plan:

  • Develop measurable objectives that will be achievable in an specific time period (for instance: drop 10 pounds in 3 months, reduce body fat by 2% in 2 months, increase 5 pounds of muscle in 3 months, drop 5 pounds of water in order to make my weight category in 5 days, increase 15 pounds of muscle while keeping my body fat below 10% in 12 months, increase my one rep max on the squat by 20 pounds while keeping the same body weight in 2 months, etc.)
  • Development of the nutritional and training plan that will be monitored daily.
  • Monitor progress, reassess , and develop new objectives
