I have been conducting research since I was a teenager helping my father Cristobal Exebio , a biostatistician, in his consulting company. We have published several statistics books together in Spanish.

Later on, I was able to apply all that knowledge as a Food Science Engineer conducting quality control analysis and sensorial analysis to different food products.

During my master and PhD studies I was the most productive student due to my previous training in statistics and research design.

I have conducted studies and published more than 40 research papers in Europe, Brazil, USA, and Kuwait as well as two books in research methods and statistics.

Now as a consultant, I supervise all aspects of research in order to guarantee accurate results that can be replicated and applied in the practical field.
